Local Raised, Local Fed!
Everything is locally raised and grain fed in Gonzales, Tx by Meatheads. Final cost will depend on the carcass weight. When the product is cut, there is a reduction in the weight because of removal of bones, gristle, and fat. Every cut will be a little different, so it is not possible to tell in advance exactly how much you will take home in your order.
A Whole Beef is $5.00 per carcass pound.

Half a Beef is $6.00 per carcass pound.
​
All the cuts and vacuum packing are included in the price.
